HF0 Residency

HF0 is a highly selective twelve-week residency for repeat and technical founders, founded in 2023 by Dave Fontenot. Based in San Francisco, HF0 invests $500K for approximately 7% equity and covers living expenses during the residency, allowing founders to focus entirely on building their startups. The program was inspired by Fontenot's earlier work founding MHacks (the world's largest hackathon) and HackMatch. HF0's demo days are notoriously oversubscribed.
